Suzanne is fantastic. She listened to what I wanted out of a vacation to an all-inclusive Mexican beach resort and found some great options for me.

I frequently fall into analysis paralysis when I research travel options myself, and she didn't fail me in providing options that she was confident I would like. The recommendation that I selected met what I wanted and needed.

I just wish I listened to her by booking an excursion. I guess I'll have to go back...

Suzanne was great to email with. She responded promptly with more than enough information. Further, I once dropped in unannounced to the office, and she happily spoke with me.

Suzanne found us a great stay at Lake Tahoe - snowboarding, shopping, casinos, spas all within walking distance from the hotel. And I really appreciate her finding us a great SUV that could handle winter in the mountains, we felt very well taken care of.
