I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years.  I do it because I LOVE travel.  For me it's fun and rewarding to book others travel because it feels like I'm taking a mini vacation as a search for the perfect vacation for my clients.  In the past 20 years I have found that I love all-inclusive vacations.  My husband and I go to the Mayan Riviera at least once a year because it's such a great deal and so beautiful.  We have been scuba diving in Cozumel many times and it is an incredible must do dive for all scuba divers!  We enjoy traveling the Caribbean.  Jamaica is beautiful and the staff at the resorts and so genuine.  The Jamaican jerked chicken is to die for!  St. Lucia is breathtaking and scuba diving there is amazing.  With an all-inclusive vacation it's so nice to be able to know what you will be spending since you pay for everything up front and you have no surprises once you are on vacation.  You have already paid for your vacation including food, drinks, tips.  It makes the vacation all that more enjoyable.  Now that our children are older my husband and I have been to many adults only resorts and we absolutely love them.
